Innovaero was delighted to be recognised as a finalist in the AAUS – Australian Association for Unmanned Systems 2021 Industry Champions Awards, in the Innovation category. The Innovation Award recognised organisations that have designed a new product, a new service, a new production or manufacturing process contributing to the advancement of the unmanned systems industry.
Innovaero was nominated as a finalist for the development of our FOX Unmanned Aerial System, which addresses a capability gap between existing Tactical class of UAS and MALE UAS. The FOX system is capable of VTOL, 11 hours of endurance and has a 40 kg payload capacity.
We were delighted to join AAUS in Canberra for their Annual Gala Dinner and 2021 Industry Champion Awards on 10 March and were honoured to be nominated as a finalist in a highly competitive field. Innovaero congratulates Emesent on their well-deserved win. We also congratulate our fellow finalists CubePilot, Thales, Trendspek – Digital Twin visualisation for built assets, and AVCRM and Department 13 | Drone Technology and look forward to seeing them again next year!
